<p>Outside Sales | Provider Relations | Referral Development</p> <p>Location: Local Territory (Up to 50% Travel)</p> <p>Compensation: $65,000$85,000 base + bonus</p> <p>Job Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a Business Development Specialist with a sales-driven mindset to grow referral relationships and expand our presence in the healthcare community. This is a field-based, outside sales role focused on building strong relationships with physician offices, clinical teams, and healthcare providers.</p> <p>If you enjoy relationship-based sales, autonomy in your day, and making a measurable impact, this role offers immediate opportunity and visibility.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and grow referral relationships within an assigned healthcare territory </li><li>Conduct in-person sales visits to physician offices and healthcare providers </li><li>Promote company services, benefits, and value to referral sources </li><li>Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual referral goals </li><li>Schedule and lead educational meetings with physicians, advanced practice providers, and office staff </li><li>Track outreach activities, referrals, and market trends using internal systems </li><li>Provide feedback on branding, marketing effectiveness, and competitor activity </li><li>Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and community outreach activities </li><li>Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to understand services and patient needs </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree or equivalent sales experience </li><li>2+ years of sales, business development, or marketing experience </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Ability to work independently in a field-based / outside sales environment </li><li>Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach </li><li>Knowledge of healthcare environments, medical services, or provider-facing roles </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Valid drivers license and reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)</p> <ul> <li>Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or clinical sales experience </li><li>Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools </li><li>Outside sales or territory management background </li></ul> <p>Candidates with strong sales experience and healthcare exposure are encouraged to apply, even if they do not meet every requirement.</p> <p>Travel & Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Field-based role with up to 50% local travel </li><li>Flexible schedule based on provider availability </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $65,000$85,000 + performance bonus </li><li>Paid Time Off: Up to 96 hours first year (prorated) </li><li>Paid Holidays: 7 company holidays </li><li>401(k): Employer match </li><li>Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision (single & family) </li><li>Company-Paid Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life/AD&D, EAP </li><li>Voluntary Benefits: Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity </li></ul>
