<p>Accounting Analyst</p> <p>One of CRG's clients in the construction and mechanical contracting industry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join their team! The primary function of this role is to provide support to ERP system users to help guide and diagnose issues. Serving as the SME for the ERP tool, this individual will help internal colleagues navigate and solve problems they run into. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, training new employees, and serving as an SME.</p> <p>Opportunity Type: Direct Hire</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, NC (Southend area of uptown)</p> <p>Hours/Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote 8am-5pm</p> <p>Compensation: $85,000 + 5% Bonus</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>This person will serve as a ERP Support Liaison with a heavy focus on accounting related issues within Viewpoint Spectrum. </li><li>Troubleshoot and determine whether issues are due to user error, technical issues, or training gaps. </li><li>Help users understand how to properly reflect revenue in the ERP system. </li><li>Provide functional training and support, not technical configuration. </li><li>Investigate accounting/reporting issues within Viewpoint Spectrum. </li><li>Educate users on GAAP-compliant accrual accounting (transitioning from cash-based). </li><li>Clarify how system entries are generated in Spectrum, particularly for time entries, work materials, and billing breakdowns based on contracts. </li><li>Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, operations, and field teams. </li><li>Provide end-user support with a customer-service mindset. </li><li>Monitor recurring revenue and labor components tied to project-based billing and service contracts. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of accounting experience, with experience leading or managing an ERP or Systems implementation. </li><li>Bachelors Degree. </li><li>Experience with ViewPoint Spectrum (ERP) is a strong plus! </li><li>Comfortable with 10-15% travel within the United States. </li><li>Knowledge of GAAP. </li></ul> <p>Category Code: JN001, JN005</p> <p>#LI-WP1</p>
