Smoky Mountain Dentistry is growing their dental practice.</p> <p>If you are a team player with a passion for excellent patient care in a fast paced, family center office please send your resume to info@smokymountaindentistry.com for consideration to fill this amazing</p> <p>position, with one of the best dental practices in WNC!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>As a Patient Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:</p> <ul> <li>Greet each patient with a warm, friendly demeanor. </li><li>Schedule and confirm patient appointments. </li><li>Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary. </li><li>Answer phones on the first ring whenever possible. </li><li>Provides all necessary paperwork for new and existing patients and scans completed paperwork into the patients record. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>A minimum of two years of customer service experience preferably in a dental setting. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Offered</p> <p>In return for providing an excellent patient experience, we offer a great benefits package to include health and dental benefits, 401(k), holiday pay and paid time off.</p> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$18-20</p> <p>Requisition Number</p> <p>2025-14875</p> <p>Options</p>
