To learn more about our mission and programs, visit www.littleflowerny.org.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The TFBH Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Caseworkers and Behavior Specialists who provide trauma-informed care coordination, foster parent support, and permanency planning services within the TFBH program. This position plays a critical role in fostering parent recruitment and training, home certification, and case oversight to ensure youth receive high-quality therapeutic placements and services.</p> <p>The Supervisor collaborates with the Director and TFBH Homefinding Administrator to oversee program intake, develop foster home capacity, and maintain compliance with regulatory and agency expectations.
