<p>Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and detail oriented Custodian to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout our sales facility This role ensures that all offices common areas restrooms and customer facing spaces are clean safe and presentable at all times Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general cleaning duties including sweeping mopping dusting and vacuuming Clean and sanitize restrooms break rooms and kitchen areas Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed Wipe down surfaces windows and glass doors to ensure a professional appearance Ensure showroom and sales areas are always customer ready Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly Follow all safety and sanitation procedures QualificationsPrevious cleaning or custodial experience preferred commercial environment a plus Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods Schedule Pay Benefits 700 AM 330 PM Monday Friday with occasional weekends 15 an hourPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysCareer GrowthMedicalDentalVision401 k retirement planTravel Perks to Resort LocationsCompany Perks Program</p>
