As our Regional Manager for the Boston Market, you'll guide multiple studios toward operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and create a member experience that redefines what's possible in dentistry. This isn't just a job-it's your chance to shape the future of dental care.</p> <p>This role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and is a market-level position responsible for overseeing performance, growth, and innovation across multiple Tend studios. You won't be managing a studio directly-you'll be leading leaders.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Lead with Impact</p> <ul> <li> <p>Drive performance across your region by coaching and developing Studio Managers and clinical partners</p> </li><li> <p>Create consistency through systems, accountability, and heart, using SOPs and a people-first mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Be the go-to problem solver and mentor-someone your teams look to when things get tough, and when it's time to grow</p> </li></ul> <p>Grow the Business</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own market-level P&L and performance metrics-because numbers matter, but people drive them</p> </li><li> <p>Strategize and adapt to optimize revenue, efficiency, and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Managing Dentists to increase case acceptance and elevate the standard of care</p> </li></ul> <p>Champion the Member Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure every studio in your region delivers a warm, safe, and elevated experience that exceeds expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee clinical escalations and ensure timely, thoughtful resolutions</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor NPS and uncover the 'why' behind the feedback, using it to drive continuous improvement</p> </li></ul> <p>Build & Retain Rockstar Teams</p> <ul> <li> <p>Attract, develop, and retain top talent-from Studio Managers to support teams</p> </li><li> <p>Set the tone for a culture rooted in collaboration, clarity, and care</p> </li><li> <p>Invest in others through hands-on coaching, regular studio visits, and strategic feedback</p> </li></ul> <p>Ensure Operational Excellence</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee scheduling, supply management, compliance (OSHA, HIPAA), and day-to-day workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Use systems and structure to empower teams to perform at their best</p> </li><li> <p>Identify bottlenecks and implement lasting solutions</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years in multi-site operations, ideally in dental, cosmetic healthcare, or high-touch service industries</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to coach, manage, and grow leaders across multiple locations</p> </li><li> <p>Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience owning P&L and driving profitability</p> </li><li> <p>A bold, clear communication style and the ability to build trust with teams at all levels</p> </li><li> <p>A deep understanding of the clinical/dental landscape and how it intersects with service excellence</p> </li><li> <p>A passion for people, a bias for action, and a belief in better</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Tend: At Tend, we believe going to the dentist should feel like self-care, not a chore.
