<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Index incoming Expense reports and receipts </li><li>Index and enter non trade general expenses and claims </li><li>Data entry, as well as creating, updating data </li><li>Daily processing of AP workflow to ensure timely processing of non-trade general expenses, PO Matching PO process and Rail draft reviews, along with exception handling </li><li>Participate in ongoing AP enhancement training </li><li>Participation in goal and objective settings </li><li>Participation in quarterly AP team meetings, including design and delivery of presentation </li><li>Customer support as required </li><li>Review, resolve and process daily adjustment report </li><li>Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma </li><li>Good organizational skills -and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment </li><li>Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to effectively interface with customers, vendors and internal personnel </li><li>Must be computer proficient and have solid data entry skills </li><li>Must be a high energy team player </li><li>Ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Must possess good math and problem solving skills </li><li>Microsoft suite </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment </li></ul>
