Candidates that do not possess a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 7 years of related work experience.</p> <p>Specialized Knowledge and Skills</p> <p>Demonstrated knowledge or related experience of electric utility maintenance and operating procedures. Demonstrated working knowledge of the company's safety rules and standard practices for line work. Demonstrated knowledge to prepare contract bid specifications and program status reports. Demonstrated organization and communication skills.</p> <ul> <li>Requires 5 years of broad knowledge and green industry experience and certified both as an ISA Certified Arborist and Certified ISA Utility Specialist. </li><li>Knowledgeable with federal regulating agencies such as FERC and NERC guidelines and standards governing transmission lines as well as applicable Nevada and California state rules and regulations such as PRC 4293, G.O. 95 rule 35. </li><li>A working knowledge of company's safety rules and standard practices for line work is required. Must posses the administrative skills required to prepare contract bid specifications and program status reports. </li><li>The candidate must also have ability to deal effectively with the public. This position requires the ability to coordinate activity with other departments and to work with the various levels of company personnel. </li><li>Absolute commitment to safety, acts with ethics and integrity, demonstrates the ability to get results, thrives in a team environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, proficient with Word, Excel and other standard software and a working knowledge of personal computers for maintenance and inspection applications. </li></ul> <p>.</p>
