It is comprised of three industry-leading businesses which, combined, provide end-to-end solutions across the investment lifecycle.</p> <p>Position Overview of the VP, Enterprise Sales & Solutions:</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead our Investor Communications business development efforts. With a focus on Broker-Dealer Investor Communications and Proxy and Global Issuer verticals - the successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced, innovative environment and will have a deep understanding of the Wealth Management industry, financial technology solutions and will have a proven track record of driving sales strategies, building client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and revenue base by delivering cutting-edge solutions to broker dealers, financial institutions and related businesses, and partners. This newly created leadership role will also play a critical part in BetaNXT's strategy and business growth going forward.</p> <p>The Enterprise Sales & Solutions professional expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines. The Sales Specialist closes on qualified opportunities referred by Sales Executive, or other sales personnel, while actively collaborating with these team members. Reporting to Head of Sales. The Enterprise Sales & Solutions professional is responsible for achieving sales quota in the assigned product lines, and for supporting the product-line success.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities of the VP, Enterprise Sales & Solutions:</p> <p>Solution Architect/Product Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for leveraging my deep knowledge and understanding of BetaNXT, brokerage processing, investor communications, and wealth management industry trends to lead BetaNXT in solving business problems and generating revenue. </li><li>Works closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Management/Product Owners, other departments, and clients to develop, sell and integrate BetaNXT products and services. </li><li>Responsible for reviewing competitor's products and pricing strategies to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to advance BetaNXT's competitive advantage. </li></ul> <p>Market Competitiveness</p> <ul> <li>Engage with Market Development to create and execute on our Investor Communications sale's campaigns and strategic partner opportunities. </li><li>Conducting evaluations our client's utilization of the BetaNXT product offering to determine new revenue opportunities. </li><li>Closely partnering with Product Management to identify new investor communications products and enhance existing products for upsell opportunities. </li><li>Analyzing the BetaNXT offering to determine where new products and services would drive new revenue for the organization. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Experience of the VP, Enterprise Sales & Solutions:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar degree programs, required. MBA or equivalent a plus </li><li>7+ years of experience in product sales, business development or other direct client facing role responsible for revenue generation </li><li>Expert and in-depth experience in the Investor Communication, proxy services, global issuer community, wealth management, and the broker dealer arena. </li><li>Proven track record driving sales and relationships in this area. Able to leverage relationships to drive our business. </li><li>Possess extensive knowledge of BetaNXT suite of products and services </li><li>Has demonstrated experience in large sales financial organizations, including experience building and developing a team </li><li>Has deep knowledge of broker dealer industry, customers and a keen understanding of the revenue and decision drivers in this industry </li><li>Willing and able to travel for client meetings, corporate meetings and industry events. Possess a valid driver's license </li><li>Outstanding sales and consultative business development skills with a track record of success. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy and customer service skills </li><li>Ability to plan and execute strong strategies </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Keen, friendly, professional with a positive and proactive attitude </li><li>Ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. </li><li>Substantial experience in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment </li><li>Well-developed math and business skills with outstanding negotiation skills. </li></ul>
