This is an exciting opportunity to work independently, showcase your strong communication skills, and deliver top-notch customer service.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum: Associate's Degree in Business or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Bachelor's degree with coursework in Human Resources.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum: 1-2 years of proven success onboarding for a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment team. Must be comfortable with public speaking, delivering excellent customer service, multitasking, and working under pressure while meeting deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Prior healthcare experience and/or experience with ADP.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new hires in a high-volume recruitment environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Work across departments, maintaining excellent communication with managers and staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep onboarding organized, timely, and compliant with regulatory and organizational requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Juggle multiple priorities with confidence, all while making the experience fun and engaging.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all the health systems standard for compliance is met for each hire.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>As the Onboarding Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in shaping first impressions and setting the tone for every new employee's journey.
