Map learning outcomes and test questions for assessments. </li><li>Identify students who need academic support, maintain records, and support student development. </li><li>Collaborate with course coordinators (as assigned by supervisor) to assess needs and strategize methods to increase student success and curricular optimization. </li><li>Train and support instructors in effective use of software resources for instruction and assessment. </li><li>Facilitate scheduling for classroom activities and assessments. </li><li>Direct activities of student assistants in preparing course materials, arranging classrooms, entering data, and other activities </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Unique duties:</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Education Bachelor's degree</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in education-related field from an accredited college or university. Master's degree preferred. Teaching certification preferred.</p> <p>Experience Experienced (minimum 2 years of job-related experience)</p> <p>2-4 years of experience required in education support within a secondary or university educational institution. Working knowledge of detailed curricular information, registration policies and procedures required.</p> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <p>Computer skills: Considerable knowledge and experience with educational technology and web-based applications required. Superior computing skills including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and internet use. Ability to create and manage databases.</p> <p>Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills.</p> <p>Job Effectiveness skills: Superior planning, organizational, and customer service skills. Able to think and function independently. Must possess high level problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</p> <p>Institutional: Able to develop and maintain a working knowledge of detailed professional curricular information and assessment policies and procedures.
