By joining Ames, you will be working with talented colleagues at an award-winning, nationally recognized top 75 general contractor.</p> <p>.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Keeps all dumping units level and never leaning </li><li>Understands stakes, percentage and slopes - 2-1, 3-1, 4-1 etc.… </li><li>Control dumping for grade building/slops per foreman's direction </li><li>Understand changing material - Wet, rocks, etc. </li><li>Place correct lift thickness per foreman direction </li><li>Understands soft areas in fill and communicates with foreman </li><li>Keeps fill level and draining at all times - Positive drainage </li><li>Pays attention on material build up in haul units and informs operator </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid Driver License </li><li>Knowledgeable in OSHA standards </li><li>Willingness to learn and accept direction from supervisors </li><li>Ability to work outside in all weather conditions </li><li>Frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50lbs </li><li>Communication and interpersonal skills are a must </li><li>Ability to manage time, multitask and prioritize </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <ul> <li>Travel - This project is located in Denver, CO </li><li>Rate: $36.34 per hour </li><li>Construction Site Environment - physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb.
