We are seeking a Data Governance Senior to lead and support our enterprise data governance initiatives. This role will serve as a primary subject matter expert for governance frameworks, data management processes, and related technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>Our Impact:</p> <p>This is a role within Enterprise data governance team. We act as trusted advisors to our stakeholders and proactively support them in identifying and managing data and data risks that may impede divisions from meeting its business objectives.</p> <p>Your Impact:</p> <p>As a Data Governance Senior, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our data management strategy. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategically support the Collibra platform, including overseeing integrations, workflow automation, metadata management, and user adoption. Drive enhancements and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise data platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, and enhance enterprise-wide data management requirements, and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Define, execute, and monitor data management controls. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.</p> <p>This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $103,000 - $155,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.</p>
