Find your future with us.</p> <p>Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an SAP Business Data Architect Lead to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Mesa, AZ, Fairfax, VA or Ridley Park, PA.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains integrated plans and schedules for highly complex or difficult projects, programs and change driven activities to execute in accordance with project management industry standards </li><li>Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests </li><li>Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case </li><li>Develops and executes the process and strategy for the integration of plans and schedules </li><li>Consults and recommends integrated planning, scheduling, change and baseline management, processes, techniques and tools to management considered to be best practices across the industry </li><li>Recognized as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives </li><li>Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders </li><li>Oversees deployment of approved recommendations at Division, Business Unit, and/or Enterprise levels </li><li>Collaborates with architects, process owners, subject matter experts and technical teams to plan and execute data migration strategies </li><li>Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-quality data designs </li><li>Communication and leadership to guide business stakeholders, functional and technical data teams regarding decision justification through challenging data definition, data mapping, validation and cutover activities </li><li>Validate that data management processes and organization are defined and enabled </li><li>Extract business data for migration to S/4 HANA from legacy systems </li><li>Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops with application owners and stakeholders </li><li>Advise stakeholders on data integration and solution options </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>5+ years' experience in ERP data architecture and implementation </li><li>Experience engaging multiple cross-functional teams </li><li>Experience briefing Executive & Senior Customer Leadership </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):</p> <ul> <li>Expertise with GOLD application dataset and/or other common systems used by BGS-G. </li><li>Experience with S/4 HANA implementation and/or migration of legacy SAP implementation to S/4 Hana </li></ul> <p>Drug Free Workplace:</p> <p>Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies</p> <p>Relocation:</p> <p>This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility</p> <p>Pay & Benefits:</p> <p>At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
