<p>The Program Administrator provides administrative and client support for the Programs team.</p> <p>Position responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Program Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and client support </li><li>Serves as first line of contact for client service </li><li>Assists in the renewal process-updating specifications and applications/exposure schedule to reflect changes during the year, and orders loss information where appropriate </li><li>Ensures accuracy of information and helps manage and improve workflows and processes </li><li>Follows policies and procedures to make the overall practice more efficient and effective </li><li>Responsible for billing process (traditional and bulk bill), including oversight of IOS processes </li><li>Client payment follow-ups </li><li>Certificates of insurance (24-hour turnaround, including lender requests) </li><li>Execute Surplus Lines filings, as needed </li><li>Work with other internal departments for renewals, as needed </li><li>ImageRight filing </li><li>New mail processing </li><li>Tracking carrier requests and endorsements, communicating with underwriting as needed </li><li>Send invoices, policies, endorsements and other policy-related material to clients </li><li>Assist with policy checking </li><li>Assist with binding subjectivities, as needed </li><li>Assist with various forms of policy reporting, as needed </li><li>Comply with Lockton procedures and policies </li><li>Protect the confidentiality of information learned by performing the duties of the position </li><li>Make a positive contribution to customer satisfaction and constantly strive to improve service to the customer </li><li>Perform other work-related duties, as assigned </li></ul> <p>#LI-OE1</p>
