This position involves providing direct nursing care, performing clinical procedures such as venipuncture, and managing wound care to support patient healing and comfort. The LPN will also be responsible for educating patients about their treatment plans and recovery processes, ensuring they understand and adhere to prescribed care regimens. Effective communication in English is essential to accurately document patient information, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide compassionate support to diverse patient populations.
