<p>AutoZone is seeking a Systems Engineer, experienced in the M365/Collaboration environment The M365/Collaboration Systems Engineer plays a key role in managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment as a member of our End-User Services & Collaboration team. This position focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and user-friendly collaboration tools through effective administration, automation, and support. As an expert in your field, we expect you to: </li></ul> <p>o Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services and applications.</p> <p>o Provide technical support and training to end users.</p> <p>o Manage user accounts, permissions, and licenses.</p> <p>o Implement security and compliance policies.</p> <p>o Assist with migrations and integration projects.</p> <p>o Document procedures and maintain knowledge base articles.</p> <p>o Stay updated on new Microsoft 365 features and best practices.</p> <p>o Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.</p> <p>o Lead governance and lifecycle management for collaboration tools.</p> <p>o Support conferencing technologies and Teams Rooms setups.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science. </li></ul> <p>3+ years of experience in the role of a M365 Systems Engineer including:</p> <p>o Solid knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Flow</p> <p>o Proficient with PowerShell scripting and Azure AD.</p> <p>o Experience with hybrid environments and identity management (AAD, ADFS, IAM)</p> <p>o Must possess critical thinking skills with the ability to resolve complex business.</p> <p>o Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.</p> <p>o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p> <p>o Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer-first mindset are a must.</p> <p>o Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203) are a plus.</p>
