<p>Acuity is seeking a Custodian - Third Shift to maintain a high level of custodial detail for Acuity's executive space, including private and open offices, restrooms, a kitchenette, conference rooms, and common areas; dispose of confidential paperwork; and provide third-shift custodial coverage outside of the executive area as needed.</p> <p>Internal deadline to apply: February 20th, 2026</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Details executive offices, administrative assistant offices and common spaces. </li><li>Vacuums carpet. </li><li>Dusts millwork, including overhead up to 20'. </li><li>Cleans 7 restrooms. </li><li>Cleans kitchenette. </li><li>Practices secure paper disposal. </li><li>Maintains ceramic tile and vinyl composition floor. </li><li>Near perfect attendance and schedule flexibility to meet the ongoing demands of a dynamic environment/facility. </li><li>Regular and predictable attendance. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>High School diploma.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Custodial maintenance required.</p> <p>OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Confidentiality. </li><li>Strong organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. </li><li>Ability to lift 75 pounds. </li><li>Valid driver license. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure, set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with management, maintenance personnel, and service contractors. </li><li>Acuity does not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization.* </li></ul> <p>This job is classified as nonexempt.</p> <p>For this role, Acuity offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous 401(k) contribution, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, an Employee Assistance Program, and more.
