<p>Position: General Accountant</p> <p>Location: Fountain Valley, CA.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience as general accountant. </li><li>Knowledge of accounting processes and software. </li><li>Fluent in English and optional Korean competency a plus! </li><li>Strong analytical skills. </li><li>Great attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work with cross-functional operations: effective team-oriented communicator, written and verbal </li><li>Preferred experience with Access, SQL queries, SAP System, Excel. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>General Accountant will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and compliant financial documents. </li><li>Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger. </li><li>Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts. </li><li>Collaborating with other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support. </li><li>Supporting internal Auditors, in their duties as needed. </li></ul> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Parts accounting 40 %</p> </li><li> <p>Auditing invoices for Parts and ACCY interface from AMOS (3 way match).</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm invoices for payment in AMOS using 3-way verification.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage collections.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Accounts reconciliations and Warranty expense 40%</p> </li><li> <p>Perform Inventory accounts reconciliations.</p> </li><li> <p>Warranty expense management.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform month end accounting postings.</p> </li><li> <p>Support with quarterly Audit reports and ad-hoc reports 20%</p> </li><li> <p>Support Management with various reports.</p> </li></ul> <p>Work Schedule & Travel Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. </li><li>Minimal overnight travel (up to 10%) by land and/or air. </li></ul> <p>The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
