The role offers strong visibility with senior leadership and the ability to influence key financial decisions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Tax Manager will manage end-to-end tax compliance process including federal, state, and partnership filings </li><li>Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls </li><li>Research and resolve complex tax accounting issues </li><li>Partner with auditors and respond to inquiries </li><li>Monitor changes in tax law and assess business impact </li><li>As a Tax Manager, you will lead process improvements and automation initiatives </li><li>Supervise and develop tax staff* Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or related field) </li><li>CPA highly preferred </li><li>5+ years of tax analysis, compliance, and reporting experience </li><li>3+ years of Big 4 experience (preferred) </li><li>2+ years of leadership/management experience (preferred) </li></ul>
