<p>The Recruiter/HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties. The primary function of this role is talent acquisition, which includes management of the agency's internship program. The desirable candidate has a strong background in Recruitment.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Completes monthly/quarterly/annual background checks to ensure compliance. </li><li>Back-up Facilitator for New Employee Orientation. </li><li>Maintains accurate staff rosters and updates in the HRIS when needed. </li><li>Runs reports and analyzes HR data for accuracy and efficiency. </li><li>Processes new hires. </li><li>Tracks employees' licensures/certifications to ensure compliance. </li><li>Completes regulatory agencies' audits as requested. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>RECRUITMENT</p> <ul> <li>Manages the agency's recruitment and selection efforts. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements/candidate profiles. </li><li>Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates using various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.). </li><li>Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. </li><li>Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication & feedback. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. </li><li>Negotiate offers and manage onboarding processes. </li><li>Manages the internship process. </li><li>Develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber talent. </li><li>Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs. </li><li>Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required </li><li>Three (3) years of recent advanced Human Resources experience required. </li><li>Experience working in a non-profit FQHC setting is preferred. </li><li>Proven background in recruitment and knowledgeable of best practices. </li><li>Experience with Paycom highly preferred. </li><li>Experience with regulatory agencies' audits (i.e., DWIHN, HRSA, MDHHS, etc.) highly preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical and attention to detail skills are required </li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse audiences </li><li>Must be adept at managing multiple tasks and meeting critical deadlines. </li><li>Ability to work independently, think strategically, analyze and problem solve effectively. </li></ul>
