<p>YOUR MISSION</p> <p>True Anomaly is looking for an electrical technician to build our new generation of Spacecraft. In this role you will work all aspects of the Spacecraft build, factory setup and operations.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and test Spacecraft harnesses per engineering drawings and direction. </li><li>Assist with the setup and execution of Thermal Vacuum chambers and vibe facilities. </li><li>Ensure processes and cleanroom protocols are followed by all personnel. </li><li>Own the product build from piece parts to full assemblies. </li><li>Execute anomaly dispositions from engineering. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Technical degree or certification in relevant field </li><li>2+ years of professional experience in spacecraft or space products assembly </li><li>Demonstrated excellence in assembly and integration </li><li>Proficiency in reading drawings, process sheets, instructions </li><li>Experience with ESD, FOD, cleanroom operations </li><li>Experience with spacecraft harness fabrication, rework and installation </li><li>Passion for the space industry </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Experience with torquing, staking </li><li>Ability to lift 25 lbs and work in a cleanroom environment </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li> <p>Base Salary: $31-43/hr</p> </li><li> <p>This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime.</p> </li><li> <p>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave</p> </li></ul> <p>Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Work Location-this role will be an onsite position based out of our Gravity Works office in Denver. </li><li>Work environment-the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the job. </li><li>Physical demands-the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving. </li></ul> <p>This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
