You will work independently on specific projects but will receive guidance from the Training and Development Manager who reviews work projects for compliance with BMV's promise, goals, objectives, and policies.</p> <p>Salary:</p> <p>The salary for this position traditionally starts at $53,222 but may be commensurate with education and experience.</p> <p>Use our Compensation Calculator to view the total compensation package.</p> <p>A Day in the Life:</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Partner with others to understand their specific training and staff development needs, conducting thorough needs assessments and gap analyses. </li><li>Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs. </li><li>Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, case studies, and simulations. </li><li>Provide expert guidance on the most effective training methods, formats, and delivery options based on the client's objectives and resources. </li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting content and delivery as needed. </li><li>Deliver high-impact training sessions using a variety of facilitation techniques, ensuring active participation and skill acquisition. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development, bringing fresh ideas to client engagements. </li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. </li><li>Assist clients in establishing career development paths and strategies to foster employee growth and retention. </li><li>Offer insights and recommendations on improving existing training programs and processes. </li><li>Prepare detailed training proposals, including scope, objectives, methodologies, and timelines. </li><li>Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and meeting project deadlines. </li><li>Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in the field of training and staff development. </li></ul> <p>The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
