We partner with public agencies and raise private funds to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services that help children in crisis and prevent future harm.</p> <p>About the Program</p> <p>Our Macon County Multipurpose Home serves youth referred by the juvenile justice system-young people who need structure, support, and a chance to change their paths. Our model focuses on teaching skills, building resilience, and interrupting cycles of negative behavior through care, accountability, and compassion.</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>We're looking for a dedicated Program Manager to lead daily operations and ensure the home provides a safe, therapeutic environment.
