Our friendly and knowledgeable staff teams provide support throughout our many specialty departments and centers, from primary visits to emergency care.</p> <p>What Awaits You?</p> <ul> <li>Career growth and development </li><li>Tuition Assistance </li><li>Diverse and collaborative working environment </li><li>Affordable and comprehensive benefits package </li></ul> <p>General Summary:</p> <p>The Occupational Therapist Assistant specializing in Acute Care:</p> <ul> <li>Works under the direct supervision of the Team Coordinator and/or Clinical Specialist, and leadership of the Rehab Therapy Services Inpatient Manager </li><li>Uses objective evaluation techniques to assess the occupational limitations and medical condition of patients </li><li>Prescribes and implements a treatment program which is designed to return patients to their maximum level of function </li><li>Works collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary health care team to maximize patient and team outcomes </li><li>Promotes improvement in service, department and hospital systems to benefit patient care </li><li>Incorporates and operationalizes the goals and objectives of the organization </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of an Associates Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program. </li><li>1 year of Occupational Therapist experience preferred </li><li>Knowledge of Acute Care required </li><li>Successful completion of clinical internships as required by the academic program </li><li>Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapist required </li><li>AHA Healthcare Provider CPR required </li></ul> <p>Shift: Full-time - Monday - Friday - Some weekends and Holidays</p> <p>Salary Range: Minimum $26.58/hour - Maximum $43.89/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
