<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Producer in Acton, MA.</p> <p>Summary: We're looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Senior UX Producer to lead complex, multi-disciplinary UX programs that span UX Design, User Research, Human Factors, Content Strategy, and Instructional Design. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in ambiguity, connects dots across teams, and drives clarity and momentum in fast-paced environments. As a Senior UX Producer, you'll be the bridge between creative vision and execution-ensuring UX initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and grounded in user-centered thinking.* 7+ years of experience in UX program or project management, preferably in a cross-functional product environment</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and UX tooling (e.g., Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence) </li><li>Expertise in tools such as JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, Confluence </li><li>Deep understanding of UX disciplines including design, research, human factors, content strategy, and instructional design </li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities </li><li>Experience in medical device environments is a plus </li><li>Background in UX design or User Research is a plus </li></ul>
