This position is critical in facilitating patient flow and expediting patient placement. The RN Associate Administrator will also serve as a consultant in emergency situations or unusual circumstances, promptly addressing and following up on any issues with the appropriate departments or administrative personnel.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) degree required or equivalent experience </li><li>Current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license </li><li>Graduation from a nationally accredited nursing program </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association; other advanced life support certifications may be required depending on the unit/department specialty </li><li>Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within one year upon eligibility </li><li>5-7 years of relevant nursing experience </li></ul> <p>If you are ready to make a difference in healthcare and be a part of a leading organization, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!</p>
