<p>Full Time Days</p> <p>8am-4:30pm</p> <p>40 hours/week</p> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Nurse Program Coordinator are professionals responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks that keep the program running smoothly</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Determines the education needs of personnel, multi-disciplinary team members and others; implements patient and family education in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides leadership for the team in collaboration with the program medical director.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees office operations for the program</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains records and files for the program</p> </li><li> <p>Collects and analyzing data on the program</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance with program regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Plans and schedules program events</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring program budgets</p> </li><li> <p>Helps with marketing efforts for the program</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares required reports</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as required.</p> </li></ol> <p>Other information:</p> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <ol> <li> <p>Experience managing all aspects of programs is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in healthcare is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in MS Office Suite [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic or similar EMR software is preferred.</p> </li></ol> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ol> <li> <p>Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field is required. Master's degree in related field is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification License in related field is required (RN is required to hold current license in Ohio.</p> </li><li> <p>Years of relevant experience: 2- 4 years is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Years of experience supervising: None.</p> </li></ol> <p>Full Time</p> <p>FTE: 1.000000</p> <p>Status: Onsite</p>
