Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with ManTech!</p> <p>ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Avionics Instructor in Crane, IN.</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop Avionics-based training programs and lesson plans</p> </li><li> <p>Work with project stakeholders to validate the course outlines to ensure that quality and accuracy meet client expectations</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer products</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct training sessions independently</p> </li><li> <p>Develops, tests, maintains and delivers training programs and related materials in support of customer products</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training</p> </li><li> <p>Updates course documentation on a continuous basis to ensure timeliness and relevance</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences both in person and virtually</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of experience related to the above responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Related experience must include at least some experience supporting the military or a government contract</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Microsoft suite</p> </li><li> <p>Experience training others</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Avionics Instructing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of avionics</p> </li><li> <p>Master training specialist or equivalent</p> </li></ul> <p>Clearance Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance, this position will require an active DoD Secret clearance. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to communicate converse and exchange information with peers and senior personnel</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to report in office (No fulltime telework)</p> </li><li> <p>Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, computer printer and copy machine</p> </li></ul> <p>ManTech International Corporation considers all qualified applicants for employment without regard to disability or veteran status or any other status protected under any federal, state, or local law or regulation.</p> <p>If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply for a position with ManTech, please email us at careers@mantech.com and provide your name and contact information.</p>
