<p>Description</p> <p>Veterinary Specialty Hospital of Palm Beach Gardens</p> <p>Emergency Veterinarian</p> <p>About You</p> <p>You'll provide excellent, in-the-moment care when patients need it most. You'll hone your ability to triage and assess critical needs - with a team to back you with support and lean on our community to shift in schedule or role.</p> <ul> <li>Willingness to care for sick and injured patients who arrive on an emergency basis, along with managing hospitalized patients </li><li>Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans </li><li>Oversee technicians who are carrying out plans </li><li>Perform surgeries, provide critical care, and ensure a high level of service for all patients </li></ul> <p>About the Hospital</p> <p>Our hospital is proud of the positive culture that we've nurtured and is excited to add a team member who embraces our collaborative philosophy. Enjoy the outdoors by golfing, or even relax on the beaches and enjoy the beautiful water sports.</p> <p>Experience & Skills Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required. </li><li>State Veterinary Board License: </li><li>Active and in good standing for the state of intended employment </li><li>Obtained prior to start date </li><li>Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible. </li><li>Experience in emergency medicine, including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships, is strongly recommended. </li></ul> <p>You take great care of Animals.
