With you as part of the design team, architecture has never been so engaging.</p> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s), Technical Director(s), and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and production</p> </li><li> <p>Provide creative direction to design teams</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs</p> </li><li> <p>Advance the understanding that design resilience is the responsibility of every person at Gensler</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivate design expertise with the desire to always learn, grow, and evolve</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Licensed / Registered Architect</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background in Hospitality projects</p> </li><li> <p>Revit experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development</p> </li><li> <p>A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written + verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization, and client relationship management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future</p> </li><li> <p>TO BE CONSIDERED, SUBMIT A CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT</p> </li></ul> <p>This position is in-person.
