<p>Job Title - Scrum Master</p> <p>Experience Range - 10+ Years</p> <p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies: A solid grasp of the Scrum framework, its principles, and best practices.</p> <p>Excellent facilitation and coaching skills: Ability to lead meetings, guide discussions, and coach team members in a supportive and constructive manner.</p> <p>Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage disagreements, and facilitate constructive communication.</p> <p>Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management, both verbally and in writing.</p> <p>Organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.</p> <p>Leadership and influence skills: Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals.</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>Facilitating Scrum Events:</p> <p>Leading and facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</p> <p>Removing Impediments:</p> <p>Identifying and removing obstacles that hinder the team's progress, including technical issues, communication breakdowns, and process bottlenecks.</p> <p>Coaching the Team:</p> <p>Providing guidance and support to the team in adopting Agile practices, improving their self-organization, and enhancing their communication and collaboration skills.</p> <p>Working with the Product Owner:</p> <p>Collaborating with the Product Owner to understand product requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage the product backlog.</p> <p>Ensuring Adherence to Scrum Principles:</p> <p>Helping the team understand and adhere to the Scrum framework, including its values, roles, and events.</p> <p>Promoting Continuous Improvement:</p> <p>Encouraging the team to reflect on their processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.</p> <p>Facilitating Communication:</p> <p>Ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders, including customers, management, and other teams.</p> <p>Managing Stakeholder Relationships:</p> <p>Working with stakeholders to understand their expectations, manage their needs, and ensure alignment with the project goals.</p> <p>Monitoring Project Progress:</p> <p>Tracking the team's progress against the sprint goals, identifying potential risks, and taking corrective action as needed.</p> <p>Building a High-Performing Team:</p> <p>Creating a positive and productive environment where team members feel empowered, engaged, and motivated.</p> <p>Salary Range - $90,000 to $120,000 a year</p>
