Our service-oriented mission is in action every day, whether it's by providing care in our facilities, training the next generation of health care professionals, or serving others through international outreach.</p> <p>Campus Overview</p> <p>Kettering Health Huber</p> <ul> <li>Located conveniently off Interstate 70 and State Route 202 </li><li>Kettering Health Huber, formerly known as Huber Health Center, has been serving Huber Heights and the surrounding area for 8 years. </li><li>15 bed facility </li><li>Accredited by the American College of Emergency Physicians as a Level 3 Geriatric Emergency Department. </li><li>24/7 full-service emergency center </li><li>Convenient parking </li><li>Short wait times </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities & Requirements</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous registration or scheduling experience strongly preferred </li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Meets Pre-Screening Protocol and testing for proficiencies in computer skills, phone skills, and customer service knowledge </li><li>Demonstrated competency in working in teams and ability to effectively communicate with all levels </li><li>Ability to learn site specific patient processing software. </li><li>Computer literate and very strong with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Ability to function in high paced often stressful environment and/or circumstances while maintaining a respectful, caring and professional manner </li><li>Flexible schedule to fit staffing needs. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>One or more years of medical office or customer service experience required </li></ul>
