In this dynamic position, you'll design and implement innovative training programs that empower employees, enhance organizational performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Collaborating closely with factory leadership and leveraging best practices from our North America Hub, you'll ensure every team member has the tools and knowledge to thrive.
