This role involves inspecting roofs to identify damage, wear, and leaks, accurately documenting findings, and completing high-quality repairs in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. The technician operates hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized job site. Success in this position requires strong technical knowledge of multiple roofing systems, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional workmanship and customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or collaboratively to complete service calls on time and within scope.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of various commercial roofing systems </li><li>Inspect roof surfaces for damage, wear, and leaks, identifying necessary repairs and documenting findings. </li><li>Safely remove and replace roofing materials in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards. </li><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment efficiently and safely. </li><li>Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned service calls on time and within scope. </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment. </li><li>Provide excellent customer service through professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship. </li><li>Complete required documentation such as service reports, material usage logs, and photo records. </li><li>Participate in ongoing safety training and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE</p> <ul> <li>At least (1) year of experience in commercial roofing service, repair, or installation is desired. </li><li>Strong knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and repair techniques. </li><li>Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve roof issues efficiently and accurately. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality results. </li><li>Ability to work safely at heights and climb ladders up to 40 feet. </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills. </li><li>Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. </li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>The following physical activities described are a representation of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
