We're looking for skilled and safety-focused Transfer Station Equipment Operator to help us efficiently manage solid waste and keep our city running clean and smoothly!</p> <p>We pride ourselves on putting SAFETY first, offering reliable, year-round work, and providing outstanding career growth opportunities in the essential waste management industry.</p> <p>The Job:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate Heavy Equipment such as Front-End Loaders, Skid Steers, Bulldozers, and Compactors to load, move, and process Municipal Solid Waste.</p> </li><li> <p>Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.</p> </li><li> <p>Direct traffic within the Transfer Station to ensure a smooth flow of vehicles.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cleanliness and safety across the Transfer Station.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Supervisors and Team Members to meet operational goals.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience operating Heavy Equipment in a Waste, Construction, or Industrial Environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to safety and following operational procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift/move heavy materials when needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Team-Oriented attitude with strong communication skills.</p> </li></ul> <p>?
