Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Epic Cogito is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining analytics and reporting solutions within the Epic Cogito suite to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making. This role partners with business stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable dashboards, reports, and insights using Epic's reporting and data warehouse tools.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, Radar, and SlicerDicer</p> </li><li> <p>Gather and analyze reporting requirements from clinical, operational, and revenue cycle stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Develop SQL queries and ETL logic to transform and load data into Caboodle</p> </li><li> <p>Create executive dashboards and KPI scorecards for performance monitoring</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across reporting solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data issues</p> </li><li> <p>Support upgrades, enhancements, and Epic release changes</p> </li><li> <p>Provide end-user training and documentation for reporting tools</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Epic application teams and data architects for integrated solutions</p> </li></ul> <p>Required to work in PST</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum 4 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Epic Cognito Certification Required</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Epic Clarity Caboodle data models</p> </li><li> <p>Hands on with Radar dashboards and reporting tools</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of healthcare workflows clinical, revenue cycle, or operations</p> </li><li> <p>Data analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Epic Clarity certification</p> </li><li> <p>Epic Caboodle certification</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Tableau Power BI or other BI tools</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of healthcare KPIs and regulatory reporting</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
