Join us!</p> <p>A Day in The Life:</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support data analysis, requirement gathering, process documentation, and day-to-day operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience with SAP, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with requirement gathering, documenting user stories, and capturing meeting notes/action items. </li><li>Support data analysis using Excel/Power BI and summarize key insights. </li><li>Help create, update, and track RITMs (ServiceNow requests). </li><li>Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and workflows. </li><li>Analyze business impact for small enhancements or change requests. </li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders for updates, clarifications, and follow-ups. </li><li>Support UAT activities, tracking issues and validating outcomes. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's / Master's in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field. </li><li>Strong Excel skills; basic data analysis ability. </li><li>Good communication, organization, and documentation skills. </li><li>Interest in business processes and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP). </li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through on action items. </li></ul> <p>Good-to-Have</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to SAP (ECC, S/4, or IBP). </li><li>Experience with Power BI or basic reporting tools. </li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems. </li><li>Understanding of Agile/Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma concepts. </li><li>Basic SQL knowledge. </li></ul>
