In this role, you'll analyze financial trends, optimize processes, and collaborate across departments to align operations with business goals.</p> <p>If you're a detail-oriented financial leader with a passion for accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration, this is your opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing company recognized on the INC 5000 list.</p> <p>Reports To:</p> <p>Director of Finance Planning and Analysis</p> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Toledo, OH (Headquarters) </li><li>Onsite </li><li>Full Time </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Month-End Close: Responsible for overseeing the daily progress of the month-end close process, including: </li><li>Review journal entries prepared by the accountants for accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Review month-end reconciliations by designated due dates and ensure proper recording or reconciling of items. </li><li>Analyzing the close process for potential improvements in timelines, processes, and team workload. </li><li>Work with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to meet deadlines for internal and external reporting. </li><li>Oversee and complete analysis of monthly and quarterly inventory physicals. </li><li>Financial Reporting: Coordinate with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting. </li><li>Monthly Financial Analysis: Review the general ledger accounts monthly for any potential trends or variances.
