This role demands unwavering commitment to safety protocols and customer service excellence.</p> <ul> <li>Operate commercial vehicles with the utmost adherence to safety standards and traffic regulations. </li><li>Execute precise and timely deliveries along established routes to multiple Domino's Pizza store locations. </li><li>Conduct professional unloading of products at each designated customer location, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations. </li><li>Provide exemplary customer service to store personnel, addressing inquiries and concerns with utmost professionalism. </li><li>Efficiently collect and transport empty tray containers and carts back to the Domino's Supply Chain Center. </li><li>Demonstrate flexibility in route assignments, including potential team driving scenarios and occasional overnight stays as necessitated by operational requirements. </li><li>When required, perform auxiliary duties such as shuttling trailers between partner companies or positioning trailers at dock doors with meticulous attention to detail. </li><li>Maintain strict adherence to all safety protocols, including consistent and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in all work-related activities. </li><li>Uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of Domino's, recognizing the critical role this position plays in the company's supply chain operations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>6 months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Must have valid class A Commercial Driver's License [CDL] with Air Brakes</p> </li><li> <p>Must maintain a DOT Med Cert</p> </li><li> <p>Must maintain meeting the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle</p> </li><li> <p>Must pass DOT physical</p> </li><li> <p>Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work around yeast and flour</p> </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.</p> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Domino's offers:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive wages - drivers paid by weight and miles</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Holidays and Vacation</p> </li><li> <p>Positive work environment</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits on first day of employment!</p> </li><li> <p>401k matching contributions</p> </li><li> <p>15% off the purchase price of stock</p> </li><li> <p>Company bonus</p> </li><li> <p>$2000 Safety bonus</p> </li><li> <p>$3000 Referral bonuses</p> </li></ul>
