Let's collaborate to explore uncharted territories and achieve extraordinary feats together.</p> <p>As the Senior Director of Infrastructure Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Infrastructure Platforms, you will have direct management responsibilities over multiple areas of the firm's technology infrastructure. Your extensive knowledge and expertise will be utilized to establish the overall direction and short-term operational objectives. You will work cross-functionally to promote the adoption and implementation of technical methodologies across various teams, helping the firm stay at the forefront of industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements.</p> <p>Job responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manages multiple technical areas and collaborates on technology projects across different technical domains </li><li>Lead and Mentor a team who works on Technology areas include network security, WiFi, Cellular, Satellite, Switching & Routing (LAN & WAN), SSE and SD WAN </li><li>Promotes and champions the development of technological methods, techniques, and various analytical approaches across the infrastructure engineering domain </li><li>Ensures technical compliance, risk, and security, is adopted and that service level agreements and solution scalability needs are met </li><li>Manages multiple stakeholders and complex projects consisting of large teams </li><li>Applies cross-functional technical expertise, leadership, and comprehensive business knowledge to a broad range of infrastructure engineering areas by communicating, managing, and implementing strategic and operational plans </li><li>Develops and executes the function's objectives with accountability for outcomes </li><li>Be responsible for staffing, budget and relevant profit and loss </li><li>Mentors and coaches junior engineers and technologists </li><li>Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, respect for team members and prioritizes diverse representation </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Formal training or certification on Network Solutions concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ years of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates deep technical expertise with designing, implementing and evolving network solutions to customers needs</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates strong leadership and execution skills ensuring network resiliency, security and stability.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of driving network automation.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing and developing large cross-functional teams within the infrastructure engineering discipline</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value at scale</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leading complex projects supporting infrastructure engineering design, scaling, resilience, and system performance assessments</p> </li><li> <p>Extensive experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent</p> </li><li> <p>Experience managing and developing budgets</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in banking and financial services regulatory environment </li><li>Experience with managing and deploying large scale global networks </li></ul>
