<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced full-time, office-based Facilities Manager, responsible for Office Services at our Global Headquarters Campus located in Cincinnati, Ohio. If you want an exciting career where your previous expertise can develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Leads efforts for campus space management programs, coordinates new hire assignments as well as employee move management. Is able to quickly assess space capacity and create reports for executives on campus capacity; </li><li>Executes audits and regular walk-throughs of the campus to ensure the Office Services team is maintaining our spaces, supplies and other services to a high-standard, corrects behaviors and creates solutions to evolve Facilities operations as business needs change; </li><li>Responsible for overall inventory, ordering and management of all supplies (office supplies, food services, furniture, etc.), keeps accurate records to use for campus projects and other initiatives that may involve items in storage; </li><li>Oversees internal shipping and mail services with support of the Shipping Administrator, ensures all shipping and receiving processes are operating to expectations and organized at all times; </li><li>Vendor Management of assigned vendors (obtaining quotes, supporting RFP initiatives, supporting and tracking invoices, ongoing vendor observation and management as well as project management of vendor work); </li><li>Supports Facilities Management with project management duties (ex: Vendor/Contractor oversight; punch list/project completion; Site visits and walks; Attends project meetings and supports with follow-up tasks); </li><li>Manages budgets of multiple categories, reviews and approves expense reports and vendor invoices to guidelines and policies. Ensures expenses do not exceed approved budgets, keeps manager informed regularly on campus expense management; </li><li>Provides direct line-management of both hourly and salaried office services teams that provide services to Medpace associates, escalates issues and concerns to Facilities Leadership as appropriate; </li><li>Leads the team responsible for events, campus reception and visitor concierge services. Participates in a hands-on approach with all events and services, and provides real-time feedback to course correct and provide flawless services to our visitors and associates; </li><li>Executes smaller office projects related to office furnishings, space expansions, temporary seating projects and retrofits of existing space as needed to ensure smooth campus operations; </li><li>Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with executives as well as other functions cross-company, regular partnership with HR, IT and Finance on various company initiatives; </li><li>Other projects and responsibilities will be assigned as needs arise, this role is part of an ever-evolving Facilities team that requires the ability to adjust and support the rapid expansion of our company; </li><li>Completes all assigned trainings and SOPS within assigned timeframe for compliance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma and 3 years of direct line management experience in an Office Services/Administrative/Facilities function; </li><li>Bachelor's Degree is preferred </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact with senior leadership and across all functions of the company; </li><li>Experience with project management, coordination of vendor and internal efforts to meet specified timelines and goals; </li><li>Ability to work independently while also able to closely collaborate with other managers and teams across Facilities; </li><li>Ability to proactively foresee issues, identify problems and solve/present solutions independently; </li><li>Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office/Suite of products for communication, project management and planning efforts. </li></ul> <p>Medpace Overview</p> <p>Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO).
