You'll lead commissioning activities across an entire data center campus-ensuring quality, alignment, and smooth execution every step of the way.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Lead the Commissioning Lifecycle (L2-L5)</p> <ul> <li>Oversee commissioning for all buildings on campus, verifying that contractual and technical requirements are met. </li><li>Partner with stakeholders to ensure proper resource allocation, schedule alignment, and risk mitigation. </li><li>Review submittals, inspections, schedules, and engineering documentation to anticipate and resolve issues early. </li><li>Engage project leadership when critical challenges arise, driving timely solutions. </li></ul> <p>Planning & Preparation</p> <ul> <li>Review commissioning requirements and confirm obligations for GC, EC, MC, and vendors. </li><li>Evaluate QC/Cx inspections, LLE submittals, and engineering design to determine commissioning strategy. </li><li>Organize the campus Cx team and lead the build kick-off process. </li><li>Ensure OFCI coordination, including vendor communication, reporting expectations, and schedule integration. </li><li>Support the development of commissioning procedures, turnover sequencing, temporary equipment needs, and overall commissioning milestones. </li></ul> <p>Execution & On-Site Leadership</p> <ul> <li>Monitor adherence to commissioning requirements and procedures across all participants. </li><li>Coordinate vendor involvement, training needs, and start-up/commissioning workflows. </li><li>Attend mechanical/electrical completion and system handover meetings. </li><li>Provide daily commissioning updates and weekly activity reports. </li><li>Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and emergency response during commissioning. </li><li>Maintain a forward-looking view of installation progress to keep the project on track. </li></ul> <p>Project Tracking & Reporting</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and communicate campus-level delay logs and lessons learned. </li><li>Generate reports covering L2-L5 progress, milestones, observations, and inspections. </li><li>Ensure accurate and timely updates to leadership and project management. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership & Development</p> <ul> <li>Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Cx Project Engineers, OFCI Coordinators, and support staff. </li><li>Provide hands-on coaching during L2-L3 testing and IST execution. </li><li>Monitor performance, address roadblocks, and support professional development and cross-training. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and commissioning standards. </li></ul> <p>Key Meetings You'll Participate In</p> <ul> <li>Weekly internal campus Cx meetings (progress, resource planning, milestone tracking) </li><li>Weekly internal project reviews </li><li>Daily L4/L5 commissioning meetings per building </li><li>Weekly L2/L3 commissioning meetings per building </li><li>Daily construction coordination meetings </li><li>Weekly client meetings, OAC meetings, MCM meetings, and OFCI log calls </li><li>Campus build kick-off meetings </li></ul> <p>Interested candidates may send their resumes directly to Brandon at bgreen@blackrockres.com.</p> <p>#LI-DNI</p>
