As the Schedule Lead for Centrus Energy, you'll be the master conductor behind our Integrated Master Schedule-translating strategy into executable plans, taming moving parts, and helping teams march in sync across a high-visibility, high-impact program. You'll shape schedule discipline, guide project teams, and turn uncertainty into clarity - all in support of work that directly contributes to America's clean-energy and national-security mission.</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>You'll own the development, maintenance, and performance reporting of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), oversee and mentor the scheduling team, and manage the Primavera (P6) database with expert precision. You'll coordinate routine status updates, partner with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and project leads to manage schedule risk and uncertainty, and perform critical path analysis to keep the project on course. Through rigorous schedule quality checks, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll ensure project timelines stay accurate, realistic, and aligned with budget and mission objectives.</p> <p>We'd love to hear from People With:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business </li><li>8-10 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls </li><li>Proficiency with Primavera P6 and scheduling database administration </li><li>Experience with Acumen Fuse and schedule health assessments </li><li>Experience working in Cobra or similar cost-processing tools </li><li>Applied knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) </li><li>Understanding of cost engineering and cost control </li><li>The ability to obtain and maintain a "Q" clearance. </li></ul> <p>A Successful Candidate Brings:</p> <ul> <li>Analytical horsepower to interpret complex schedule/cost data and spot trends in order to confidently forecast </li><li>Expert-level technical capabilities with tools such as P6, Acumen Fuse, MS Project, Cobra, and other project-controls platforms </li><li>Leadership presence with a track record of coaching teams, promoting schedule discipline, and driving accountability while maintaining a collaborative and positive planning culture </li><li>An active "Q" clearance. </li></ul> <p>In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.</p> <p>This position will require a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug test.</p> <p>Centrus Energy and all subsidiaries shall abide by the applicable legal requirements.
