<p>Job Description:</p> <p>ANTICIPATED START DATE: 08/11/2025</p> <p>DETAILS: Position works the 2025-26 school year at Affton High School. Position is contingent upon sufficient participation and the ability to conduct the activity.</p> <p>COMPENSATION: The stipend for this position is a minimum of $1,536.00. This is a part-time, temporary, contracted position with no benefits.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY: Speech and Debate consists of teams that compete in organized competitions and tournaments. To help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem. To provide leadership for a successful team. To promote academic as well as extracurricular success of student participants.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Prefers candidate with experience in coaching or supervising students </li><li>Requires the ability to work with a multi-ethnic, multi-cultural student population </li><li>Educator certification requirements (Preferred - Missouri teaching certificate OR Missouri substitute teaching certificate) </li></ul> <p>External candidates must have a resume entered into Unified Talent Applicant Tracking, prior to the closing date, in order to be considered for a position.
