<p>We are seeking an MBA Marketing Intern for a 3-month summer internship who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role will support the Marketing team while gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic and executional marketing initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Operations, Product, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Brand/Creative teams. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will contribute across multiple areas, including messaging and positioning, content development, campaign execution, customer insights, digital marketing, and brand strategy.</p> <p>Specific Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Own & Deliver a Marketing Capstone Project</p> </li><li> <p>Lead a high-impact marketing project from scoping through execution and final presentation</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, synthesize insights, pilot the program, track learnings, and deliver actionable recommendations</p> </li><li> <p>Present findings to leadership at the conclusion of the internship</p> </li><li> <p>Support Marketing Campaigns & Execution</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels</p> </li><li> <p>Support white-glove in-person or digital event planning</p> </li><li> <p>Support content creation efforts, including thought leadership, sales enablement materials, and digital assets</p> </li><li> <p>Support Customer & Market Insights</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Synthesize secondary research to inform strategy and decision-making</p> </li><li> <p>Support Marketing Operations & Performance</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in tracking campaign performance and marketing KPIs</p> </li><li> <p>Help maintain marketing systems, processes, and reporting frameworks to improve team efficiency</p> </li><li> <p>Support Web, Digital & Social Media</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to website updates, SEO/SEM initiatives, and digital content optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Support social media planning, content development, and performance tracking</p> </li></ul> <p>We Value GRIT, So You'll Fit In if:</p> <ul> <li> <p>G - Growth: You are an avid learner and challenge yourself</p> </li><li> <p>R - Responsibility: You take immense pride in your work and follow through on your work, small or large</p> </li><li> <p>I - Impact: You are excited to roll up your sleeves and work on projects with true business meaning, and not just observe</p> </li><li> <p>T - Team: You collaborate and communicate effectively with team members of different backgrounds and perspectives</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required</p> </li><li> <p>Active MBA student pursuing Masters in Marketing, or related field</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in healthcare</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Location: Hybrid role at Cambridge, MA headquarters</p> </li><li> <p>No other travel anticipated</p> </li></ul>
