<p>Description:</p> <p>Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs.</p> <p>Reports to: Director - Rehab Services or Director - IRU</p> <p>Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.</p> <p>Drag Edit Delete</p> <p>Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.</p> <p>Drag Edit Delete</p> <p>Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.</p> <p>Drag Edit Delete</p> <p>Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.</p> <p>Drag Edit Delete</p> <p>Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Education</p> <p>Master's degree in Speech Pathology - Required</p> <p>Drag Edit Delete</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
