<p>We respectfully request that 3rd parties refrain from contacting us regarding this posting.</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager / Change Manager to lead a strategic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) initiative. This role will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure a smooth transition of business processes to external service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, organizational change, and vendor management within a BPO context.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project Management</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the planning and execution of the BPO project, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource management.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, HR, legal, and finance.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance tracking.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and data security requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Stakeholder Engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with BPO partners to ensure service quality and continuous improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide regular updates to executive leadership and steering committees.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Change Management</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the BPO transition.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication and training plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate workshops, town halls, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment and buy-in.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor change adoption and address resistance through targeted interventions.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field. </li><li>PMP/Prosci certification. </li><li>7+ years of experience in project management, with experience running BPO outsourcing efforts to offshore or nearshore providers. </li><li>Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter). </li><li>Insurance industry experience. </li><li>Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance models. </li><li>Exposure to global delivery models and multicultural team environments. </li></ul>
