<p>Category: Staff</p> <p>Show Job Details for Part-time Coordinator, Teaching Services</p> <p>Apply Now for Part-time Coordinator, Teaching Services</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage the processing of Master of Arts in Teaching Mentor Agreement and certification </li><li>Coordinate the processing of Alternative Teacher Certification Applications, i.e. Proficiency Evaluations, Highly Qualified, etc. </li><li>Provide customer service to current and prospective students for admissions, clearance, KECS and portfolio system. </li><li>Provide customer service to current and prospective students who are seeking teacher or school administration certification. </li><li>Support Fieldwork placement in local school districts </li><li>Collect and analyze data for instate vs. out of state fieldwork placements for both the School of teacher education, School of Leadership and Professional Studies and campus partners </li><li>Coordinate and oversee the confirmation of programs of study into Banner for EDAD with student workers. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $18.48</p> <p>Kentucky state law requires all public institutions of postsecondary education to conduct pre-employment criminal background checks to determine suitability for employment.</p> <p>Western Kentucky University (WKU) is committed to a policy and practice of providing equal employment and educational opportunities to all individuals.
