<p>YOUR MISSION</p> <p>True Anomaly is looking for you, a creative and experienced engineer, to develop and design harness assemblies and harness routing on spacecraft and test setups. Designs will interconnect the electronics and power subsystem within the spacecraft. Interconnected systems include power, propulsion, guidance and navigation, data and telemetry. The harnessing design and implementation are a crucial part of the spacecraft system.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Creates 3D harness routes considering bend radius, separation, and maintainability and manage technical trade studies. </li><li>Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics by defining point-to-point connections for power, signals, and data links; understands grounding and shielding principles. </li><li>Interface and coordinate between various team members including engineering, program management, production and quality Create 3D models of harness designs using SolidWorks software. </li><li>Analyze harnesses with applicable quality and reliability standards. </li><li>Develop test equipment for IR/DWV testing. </li><li>Design and integrate harness routing within the spacecraft and test equipment. </li><li>Support production and quality assurance to clear obstacles and ensure build meets design intent. </li><li>Develop BOM's and work within ERP system for production coordination. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering. </li><li>2+ years of professional experience with harnessing design and routing. </li><li>Experience with SolidWorks, CATIA, NX or similar 3D CAD software. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little input on requirements or management oversight. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Willing to travel 20% of the time. </li></ul> <p>PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SolidWorks Electrical and Routing. </li><li>Experience implementing designs compliant with IPC/WHMA-A-620A or NASA-STD-8739.4. </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary: $90,000-$120,000 </li><li>Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave </li></ul> <p>Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, location, and experience.</p> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance </li><li>Work Location-this role will be onsite at our Centennial, CO location. </li><li>Work environment-is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory. </li><li>Physical demands-the physical demands of the job may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs. </li></ul> <p>This position will be open until it is successfully filled.
